Monthly Check In

We will visit your home monthly to do a full inspection from checking on garden irrigation, any leaks, air conditioning/heat, and more. You will receive a report the same day.

From checking on your 2nd home to ensuring furniture is tied down before a storm, we will make sure your home is kept in shape.

Storm Prep

As a U.S. Coast Guard Emergency Specialist, I will ensure your home is ready before a storm. From securing planters, furniture to putting out sand bags (additional cost if not on property). We will send a report before and after the storm.
